Youth

The Prairie Hill Christian Church has an active youth group called the Young Adults. They are made up of young people from junior high school to early college. The goal of the young adults is to fellowship as young Christians and use that fellowship to learn and work to advance God’s kingdom. The young adult leaders are Brad and Kerri Morrison.

Recent Activities

With the year ending at Prairie Hill Christian Church with a flurry of activities, the young adults were very active in the church with everyone being involved in the Living Nativity. From painting signs to show the way to the nativity, mailing out over 65 invitations to other churches, to taking part in the nativity from everything from actors, tour guides, lighting & sound to parking.

A HUGE SUCCESS!!!
On the evenings of February 3rd and 4th, the play “Donkey Tales” was held at the Prairie Hill Christian Church. A play might not be what described Donkey Tales, it was more like a musical celebration that glorified our Lord God!! Around 200 people attended the event over the 2 nights and if you thought the super bowl was the most exiting event on Sunday, Donkey Tales would rival that anytime. The crowd had as much fun as the actors and I’m sure that there are still people whistling and singing the songs from the performance. The young adults performed with so much heart and love for the Lord, that it was an inspiration to see and hear.

The Young Adults are looking forward to some events in the future and would invite anyone Jr. High to High School age to come and be a part of the excitement.
